This project is supported by the Indian Government, and multiple Indian Institutes of Technology.

Description: Modbus PLC Simulator is a graphical application that simulates a Modbus slave or server, and it is a very useful program for developing, testing and learning automation and SCADA/HMI applications working with Modbus protocols, without the necessity of real devices. It supports Modbus RTU and TCP/IP protocols, simulates AllenBradley DF1 slave and master, and supports VBA/Java scripting. The application is available for free download (GPL license), and open source. Documentation for users and developers also are available in the web.
